Yes the logical conclusion of omnipresence/omnipotence is that freewill is only a myth. But it's a very hard pill to digest for many.

The key to realize is that, just as even though classical physics is ultimately negated by the findings of quantum physics, it still remains useful in our transactional realm, similarly freewill though negated by deeper understanding still apparently is used by us. The key is to realize that everything within time is bound and there is nothing free there and to realize it is freedom.
