Guided Meditation Into Self-inquiry

Being still

The essence of self-inquiry is to simply be still. While it is useful to gain clarity through understanding the teaching, the most direct way is to simply non-verbally taste the ever present stillness within.

And in that spirit, here is a short 10 minute guided meditation to being still. It involves no controlling of thoughts, no visualization, no mantras, not even asking ‘who am I’. It is a simple, direct recognition of the source of all thought activities that is the ever abiding Awareness of our Being.
